## Rental formats
- **Half-day rental** (4 hours, From €1,430): Morning or afternoon on the water. Enough for Sliema to St Paul's Islands, a long swim stop and a lazy return, or a fast run to Comino and back if the sea is flat. ## Routes
- **Blue Lagoon & Crystal Lagoon** (Full day, 8 hours): Depart Portomaso by 09:00 to reach Comino before the ferries. Swim in the Blue Lagoon, move around the headland to the deeper Crystal Lagoon for snorkelling over the drop-off, then lunch at anchor in Santa Marija Bay. Return along the Comino caves and the north-east coast.
- **Gozo circuit** (Full day, 8–9 hours): Across the channel to Mġarr ix-Xini, the narrow inlet used for filming, then Dwejra and the Inland Sea on the west coast when the swell allows. Lunch at Hondoq ir-Rummien with the Comino cliffs opposite.
- **Grand Harbour & the Three Cities** (Half day, 4 hours): Into Grand Harbour past Fort St Angelo and the Valletta bastions, along the creeks of Birgu, Senglea and Cospicua, then out to St Peter's Pool for a swim off the limestone shelf. The best route for guests who want history as well as water.
- **Sunset along the bastions** (Evening, 3 hours): Leave at 18:00, drift outside Marsamxett with the sun behind Sliema, then hold station off the Valletta breakwater as the floodlights come up. Wine, canapés and no rush back.
- **North coast and St Paul's Islands** (Half day, 4 hours): Mellieħa Bay, Għajn Tuffieħa and the sheltered water behind St Paul's Islands. Shallow, calm and short — the route we suggest for families with toddlers or for a first afternoon on the water.
- **Sicily crossing** (2–7 days): Ninety nautical miles to Pozzallo or Marina di Ragusa, then along the Sicilian south-east to Syracuse and Ortigia. Only offered on yachts over 17m with a settled forecast and full crew.

2. **Receive a written quote in four hours** — You get two or three suitable yachts with live availability, full all-in pricing, the extras itemised separately and a suggested route with timings.
3. **Choose your yacht and route** — We adjust the itinerary, add catering, drinks, toys and transfers, and confirm any celebration details with the crew.
4. **Confirm with a 50% deposit** — The deposit holds the yacht and the date. Balance is due seven days before departure. Card, bank transfer or Revolut, with a VAT invoice issued immediately.
5. **Embark and enjoy the day** — You are met at the pontoon fifteen minutes before departure for a short safety briefing, then you are on the water. Your concierge is reachable all day.

Not for anything on this page. Every yacht is offered skippered or fully crewed, so the licence, the navigation and the responsibility sit with the professional on board. ### What is included in the rental price?

### Can we bring our own food and drink?
On most yachts, yes, and there is no corkage. On crewed yachts with a chef we ask that main meals come from the galley for hygiene and safety reasons, but you are welcome to bring a celebration cake or a particular bottle.

### Can we visit the Blue Lagoon?
Yes — it is the single most requested stop on any Malta yacht rental. We recommend departing by 09:00 to anchor before the ferries arrive, then moving to the Crystal Lagoon or Santa Marija Bay when the crowds build after 11:00.

### What happens if the weather is bad?
The skipper monitors the forecast for seventy-two hours before departure. If conditions are unsafe or would simply ruin the day, we offer a free date move or a full refund of everything you have paid. We never sell a day we would not go out on ourselves.

### Are children allowed on board?
Yes, and children are extremely common on our rentals. We carry child-size buoyancy aids, choose shallow and sheltered swim stops, and our catamaran is by far the most stable option for young families.

### How far in advance should I book a yacht rental in Malta?
Four to eight weeks for July and August, one to two weeks in the shoulder season. That said, cancellations and repositioning gaps appear constantly, so a short-notice enquiry is always worth sending.

### What is the deposit and payment schedule?
Fifty percent confirms the yacht and the date; the remaining fifty percent is due seven days before departure. We accept card, SEPA bank transfer and Revolut, and issue a VAT invoice immediately.

### Can we rent a yacht overnight or for a week?
Yes. Overnight rentals sleep at anchor in a Gozo bay or on the pontoon at Mġarr, with air conditioning on the generator. Weekly rentals cover Malta, Gozo and Comino at a slower pace, with Sicily reachable on the larger yachts when the forecast is settled.

### Are water toys included?
Snorkelling gear, a floating mat and, on most yachts, paddleboards or kayaks are included. Motorised toys such as a Seabob or jet ski are an add-on because they carry their own insurance, fuel and, in the case of a jet ski, a licensed instructor.

### Can you arrange transfers from my hotel?
Yes. A Mercedes V-Class from any hotel, villa, the airport or the cruise terminal costs from €95 each way and is timed to have you at the pontoon fifteen minutes before departure.

### Do you rent yachts for corporate events and photo shoots?
Regularly. We supply insurance certificates, method statements and risk documentation for compliance teams, invoice with VAT, and can hold multiple yachts on the same route for larger groups.

### Is tipping expected?
It is never included and never expected. If the crew have made the day, five to ten percent of the rental price handed to the skipper for the whole crew is the Mediterranean norm.
