## Booking terms
- 50% deposit confirms the booking; balance due 7 days before departure.
- Maximum 12 guests under way on crewed yachts (Maltese commercial regulation).
- No licence required for skippered or crewed charter; a recognised skipper's licence and deposit are required for bareboat.
- APA of 25–35% applies to weekly crewed and superyacht charters and is fully accounted for by the captain.
- If the captain cannot sail for weather, guests reschedule or receive a full refund of the charter fee.
